What is the latest news of our club, as I'm not so.....[u know what i mean :$ ]

Does anybody else have any news relating to the club ?

or, whats the next goal of the club according to the moderator ?

NDEC is trying to organize "English Festival". But lack of sponsors is holding us back. Otherwise we are giving Science Club a tough competition in activities. So, SPONSOR wanted. Or else we will have to organize it with own funds.

well, I always oppose the idea of using own fund. Sponsors ! yeah always a big problem. We should try our best.

Top colleges of Dhaka city organized "Education & Cultural Reunion" .It included 45 institutes & 2500 competitors from all around the city. 5 out of 25 events were English based - Spellmaster, Instant Story Writing, Recitation, Extempore Speech, English Olympiad. NDEC members secured 2nd & 3rd in spellmaster , 2nd in story writing, 3rd in recitation, 2nd in extempore speech, 1st in olympiad. so great jobs!

NDEC has persuaded VNC and Dhaka Imperial College to form English Clubs. So now we are pioneers. Get ready to hear a lot of NDEC real soon.

Member Registration for 2008 has ended.
Forms sold---- 900+
Members registered----- little more or less than 550.

Not bad actually but I guess no one can break our records hehe.

You registered 894 members. That's almost 70% of all the students. How you managed it is still a mystery to us. But we have crossed membership count of our own 09 batch. so its a success for us

NDEC preparations are going on well for an ENGLISH FESTIVAL. We are hoping to hold one in January 2009. Pray for the success.
